Check-In

We can't wait to welcome you to Arcosanti. A few things about arrival are new this year, so take a few minutes to read through before you head out — it'll make your experience that much smoother.

‍

Car Camping Registration

If you're car camping this year, there's one step before you pack up and head out: register your vehicle at experienceform.com/car-registration

‍

It's free and takes 2 minutes!

‍

Gate & Site Opening Times

Gates open at 8:00 AM on Friday. You are highly encouraged to arrive early and with your group if you plan to camp together.

You're welcome to park, set up camp, and wander around Arcosanti. The festival will be fully up and running (bars, food vendors, etc.) by noon.

‍

What to Expect at the Gate

Here's what happens between arriving and getting settled in:

  1. Drive up and follow signage to your lane — Car Camping and Glamping/RV each have their own.
  2. Your car camping registration QR code and ticket QR code are scanned, and your festival wristband is handed to you, right from your car.
  3. Pull forward into the vehicle screening area.
  4. Step out of your vehicle.
  5. A K9 unit will screen your vehicle for weapons
  6. Show your photo ID.
  7. Once you're cleared, our parking staff will point you to your car camping spot or, for Glamping/RV guests, your designated parking area.

‍
‍New this year is the vehicle screening in steps 3–5 — please plan for a few extra minutes at the gate. It's all in the name of keeping everyone safe, and we appreciate your patience. A full prohibited-items list is on the Packing page, so you know what to leave at home before you get here.

‍

Welcome Tote

Stop by the General Store in the Lab (see Map) to pick up your complimentaty FORM Welcome Tote — filled with goodies from our sponsors!

‍

‍

Check-Out

Everyone must be packed up and off the grounds by 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday — no exceptions. Please plan your departure accordingly, especially if you're driving a long way home.

‍

‍

Re-Entry

‍

Vehicles (car camping):

Once your car is parked in campgrounds for the weekend, you may not move your vehicle — no driving back out and returning to car camping. It keeps the campgrounds safe for everyone. If you have a genuine emergency, please go to Camp HQ or Guest Services for a coordinated solution.

‍

On foot:

Feel free to walk back and forth between the campgrounds and the site as much as you'd like — you'll just pass through a quick non-invasive security screening each time.

‍

Day guests (not camping):

If you aren't car camping, you'll pass through credential check and security screening each time you re-enter the festival grounds.
